This beautiful 100% cotton dress is Cotton Kids brand. It is pink fine gauge corduroy with a pink ballerina print. There is Peter Pan collar. There are small flowers embroidered on the front and small ballerinas embroidered on the skirt. The ballerinas are all wearing tulle tutus.
